About Me

Andrew holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with a specialized concentration in Sports Nutrition. His background includes clinical work at Memorial Hospital and supporting patients in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab—experiences that have shaped his practical, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to care.

Andrew enjoys working with clients on a range of concerns, including sports nutrition, cardiovascular disease, and digestive health. He’s passionate about helping people understand that proper nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming—it can be approachable, sustainable, and tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.

Outside of sessions, Andrew is almost always on the move. He coaches and trains in Jiu Jitsu, lifts weights, and loves discovering new restaurants around St. Louis. He brings this same energy and curiosity to his work with clients, meeting them where they are and guiding them toward a healthier, more confident version of themselves.

For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.

Note: In order to secure a spot on a dietitian’s schedule, we need a valid payment method on file.
