Courtney (she/her/hers) is a Registered Dietitian who attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduate in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Medical Dietetics with dual emphasis in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Later that same year she became a certified Yoga Instructor.

Courtney found her passion for working with the eating disorder population while interning with Mizzou athletics during college. She started her professional career working at an eating disorder treatment center in St. Louis and saw patients of all ages in all different levels of care. After moving away from St. Louis, Courtney transitioned into an outpatient eating disorder dietitian role.

Courtney enjoys helping clients rediscover that there can be joy in food and movement. She recognizes that these are areas of great difficulty for many clients and likes to use a collaborative approach to find solutions that are realistic and practical while ensuring physical and mental needs are met. Courtney's goal is to help clients feel capable of nourishing their bodies and to become more aware of their personal triggers.

Courtney is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Missouri Dietetic Association.
