About Me

Jessica Schleicher (she/her) earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Missouri State University and a Master’s in Nutrition at Illinois State University where she also completed her dietetic internship. During her internship, she worked with Branz and discovered her passion for working with people healing their relationship with food.

Jessica’s love for nutrition started in the kitchen. She believes that there can be joy in food, and strives to help clients find that joy by making peace with food, reducing food noise, and finding respect for food and body. Jessica is passionate about intuitive eating and guiding clients in listening to their body’s hunger cues with a gentle nutrition lens. With a mindfulness and individualized approach, Jessica helps clients find food freedom. Jessica understands that pin-pointing your nutrition goals can be hard and loves to help others feel better with food and find power in understanding how nutrition works in their body.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, baking, playing with her dog, and traveling to National Parks.

For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.

Note: In order to secure a spot on a dietitian’s schedule, we need a valid payment method on file.
