Morgan is a registered and licensed dietitian who received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Food and Nutrition from Bowling Green State University.
She began her professional dietetics career working at an eating disorder treatment center in St. Louis where she worked with adults, adolescents, and their families. She enjoys helping patients identify food facts over myths to foster healthy, sustainable relationships with food. Morgan hopes to work with clients towards their individual nutrition goals and discover food freedom

A Discovery call is 15-minute call and not required before booking an initial session. It's designed to share what you want from nutrition counseling and learn more about our services. This is not for nutrition advice but a time to make sure we are a good fit for one another.
For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.
