About Me
Gwendoline Balto is a Missouri-licensed registered dietitian passionate about empowering individuals to build a positive and sustainable relationship with food. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and her Master’s in Community and Clinical Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Gwendoline began her career at a community clinic, primarily supporting women, infants, and children before transitioning to outpatient care. She is dedicated to providing individualized care to reduce food restriction, restore hunger cues and foster mindful eating habits that prioritize needs and lifestyles. When she’s not working, Gwendoline enjoys playing with her cat, Leo, and dog, Lil, as well as spending time with her family.

For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.

Erica is currently not taking on new 1:1 clients. Should you wish to work with her, she does monthly calls via our Diet Culture Dropout Membership.

She also does supervision for dietitians wishing to specialize in the field of eating disorders.

About Me

Erica (she/her/hers) graduated from Saint Louis University with a Nutrition and Dietetics Degree and completed her Dietetic Residency and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Supervisor with IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) and a registered Yoga Teacher. She has over 15 years of working with clients to help repair their relationship with food and is on the St. Louis IAEDP Chapter board.

She started her career working at a local eating disorder treatment center seeing patients in residential, partial, and intensive outpatient treatment before opening up her outpatient practice Branz Nutrition Counseling, LLC in 2012.

She helps her clients work toward food freedom by redefining health, ditching the restrict-binge cycle, and embracing intuitive eating. Erica will help you break up with the scale and find peace with your natural body size. Her goal is to empower people to discover freedom from the cycle of dieting, step away from shame and guilt and fully restore their body image!

She specializes in disordered eating, intuitive eating, body image, and overall family nutrition.
