Sami Tilley (she/her) is a registered dietitian and licensed in Illinois and Missouri. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nutrition from Kent State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Houston. During her time at Kent she specialized in sports nutrition working under the university’s sports dietitian on campus. However, in Houston she expanded her interests working with a wide range of pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations to improve their quality of nutrition care.
Sami enjoys working with clients to help them accomplish their nutrition and performance goals to maintain a healthy and satisfied lifestyle. She practices using an evidence-based approach that also focuses on the needs and wants of the client. She wants to emphasize personalized nutrition care so each client feels like they are getting the most out of their experience and can mend any previous negative relationships they may have had with food.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, playing sports, cooking, and exploring the city. Her passion for nutrition stems from her love of food and cooking. She has always appreciated creating new recipes and discovering new restaurants in the area.
For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.
Note: In order to secure a spot on a dietitian’s schedule, we need a valid payment method on file.
