Branz Nutrition is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our prosperous group practice.

Our Story
Branz Nutrition Counseling, LLC is a group practice that uses a non-diet approach to food and body liberation. We believe all foods fit and work towards food freedom.

We have two locations. Our Missouri office is in the heart of Webster Groves, MO, and our Illinois office is in O’Fallon, IL. We provide nutrition services to all individuals.

We are looking to add an experienced, highly motivated team member to either of our locations. This is an independent contractor position that will start as part-time and quickly become full-time hours. The position will be working with individuals conducting individual nutrition counseling sessions.
Job Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive eating disorder nutrition assessments and follow-up consults

Develop a plan of care based on assessment findings and client goals

Create individualized Care Plans, including meal plans, behavior change skills, and nutrition education resources

Provide therapeutic interventions such as DBT/CBT, intuitive eating principles, body image counseling, and mindfulness practices

Provide meal support sessions, grocery store support, and exposures, including eating meals with clients.

Manage schedule and caseload

Document thoroughly using the electronic health record (EHR)

Coordinate care with treatment members in a timely manner

Attend networking and marketing events

Maintain ethical practices established by the APA and AND

Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
Requirements
-
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN)
-
Illinois or Missouri registration (LDN)
-
Carry liability insurance
-
Preferred at least one year of experience working in direct eating disorder or behavioral health treatment

Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of eating disorders, addiction, and behavioral health and appropriate treatment modalities

Excellent nutrition counseling and motivational interviewing skills

Strong desire and passion for working with individuals with eating disorders, addiction, and mental illnesses

Work independently and self-motivated.

Professionalism and ability to seamlessly work on a multi-disciplinary team

Ability to set and maintain firm boundaries with clients and families
