Casey is a registered dietitian who is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Chapman University then went on to study nutrition at Saint Louis University. She received her post-baccalaureate certificate in the didactic program of dietetics there as well as her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Casey’s love for working with young children and adolescents grew during her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University, where she concentrated in pediatric nutrition. She started her profession as a clinical pediatric dietitian at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. There, she gained a passion for working with children and adolescents with feeding difficulties that range from picky eating to disordered eating.

Casey hopes to improve those relationships with food early to prevent more serious problems in adulthood.
